The special judicial auction for Zhongshan NO.1 People’s Court was held on online shopping platform JD.com on August 21 to 23. Total 77 of 91 auction items were dealt, with total transaction volume of about 154.34 million yuan. Up to 7.72 million yuan commission was saved for clients.

The auction of the use right of the land and the buildings in Nantou town has become “the most competitive auction”, “the auction item with the highest transaction price” and “the most-viewed auction” in Guangdong.

Reportedly, since this March, Zhongshan NO.1 People’s Court has put 684 auction items online through JD.com, completing 709 times of bidding and 90.38% of auction rate. The total transaction volume exceeded 386.8 million yuan, with about 19.34 million yuan commission saved for clients.
