WIPO will convene a conference next month in Geneva, Swiss. The “Industrial Product Appearance Design Protection, Zhongshan Guzhen Mode”, as the first IPR protection case WIPO researches and surveys in China, will be preached at the conference to the representatives and to the world.

Reportedly, Guzhen Quick Rights Protection Center has realized “closing file in 1 month for administrative law enforcement case of patent infringement” with “mediation, administrative treatment and judicial adjudication” response mechanism. From 2011 to 2017, the center totally treated 2,348 patent infringement cases.
