The commencement ceremony of the water improvement project was held in Baishawan Village on September 3. It was the first step to comprehensively promote the city's water improvement.

In accordance with deployment, the city will carry out water improvement in the whole city basing on the “full-basin remediation, system-wide governance, whole-people participation, and overall-process monitoring” water management concept.

As a pilot project, the renovation of the flood discharge channels of Evergrande Oasis has been mainly completed in June.
