On the afternoon of September 4, Mr. Ye, the resident of Dongyu Community, received the first electronic certificate of no criminal record issued by Zhongshan at Kuchong Police Station of East District Public Security Sub-bureau.

“The application process is very simple. It can be completed about 10 minutes with a smart phone. An electronic certificate of no criminal record can be issued after three days of verification”, said Mr Ye.

On August 29, the business of electronic certificate of no criminal record was officially launched in WeChat mini program "Guangdong Affairs". Zhongshan and Foshan has become the first batch of pilot cities in Guangdong.
