Zhongshanese retired soldiers of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA), who have been away from home for two years, finally returned home on September 7.
Since September 3, Zhongshanese retired soldiers started to return home. Most of them joined the army in the Autumn of 2016 and mainly served at the PLA and Armed Police Forces of Shandong, Yunnan and Fujian province or PLA Hong Kong Garrison.
Liang Honghui, one of the retired soldiers, said he hoped to start a business in his hometown Dongsheng town. He planned to work for experience first, and then get into the printing industry.
Reportedly, most of Zhongshanese retired soldiers prefer independent employment in the future.
