Zhongshan recently introduced implementation suggestions on construction of corporate full-life-circle public technology platforms system in the city, Zhongshan Economic and Information Technology Bureau says. 

According to the suggestions, in five years’ time Zhongshan will build an open, normative, efficient and fully-functional city-level public technology service platform system, through which to provide small- and medium-sized enterprises with technical support and professional services in terms of innovative development, common problem-solving and core competitiveness improvement, and to drive 200 billion yuan of additional industrial output.

At present, Zhongshan has over 50,000 industrial companies, but only about 1,000 of them are of 100-million-yuan output scale or above. Most of the industrial companies are facing common problems in intelligent manufacturing and transformation. In case of this, Zhongshan introduces the implementation suggestions, aiming to build a batch of public technology platforms for full-life-circle development of local enterprises.
