Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization Department of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publicized the third Green Manufacturing List recently, according to Zhongshan Economic and Information Technology Bureau. Zhongshan companies Zhongyue Tinplate Industrial and Lanju Daily Chemical Product Industry were selected as “Green Factory”. At present, 4 companies in Zhongshan have been chosen as “Green Factory”.

The state and provincial governments have been giving great supports to the construction of “Green Manufacturing System” in terms of policies. Zhongshan also has been taking "green manufacturing" as the key supporting direction of enterprises.

Reportedly, Zhongshan will give a one-time subsidy of no more than 200,000 yuan to the green factory which is awarded the national green manufacturing system construction demonstration. Green parks and green supply chain management demonstration enterprises will be given a one-time subsidy of no more than 300,000 yuan respectively. The enterprises whose products have been chosen as national green design products will be eligible for a one-time subsidy of no more than 50,000 yuan for each model. Each company will receive no more than 300,000 yuan subsidy in total.
