More than 400 newly-retired soldiers participated in The Welcome Ceremony for Autumn Veterans 2018 cum Ex-Soldiers Job Fair jointly organized by Zhongshan Civil Affairs Bureau and Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau at Zhongshan Gymnasium on the morning of November 20.

Deputy Mayor Yuan Yongkang expressed welcome to the veterans on behalf of the municipal government and encouraged them to make further contribution to the construction of their hometown.

Professor Kuang Heping of Zhongshan Polytechnic was invited by the organizer to give a special lecture on updated economic and social development of Zhongshan and job selection for the discharged military personnel.

At the job fair, more than 100 companies including HOMA, Country Garden, Chant Group provided over 2,000 posts in 340 occupations, with salary ranging from 3,500 yuan to 5,000 yuan per month.
