The 2018 Public Rental Housing Draw for Migrant Population was conducted on November 29 at Zhongshan Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau for the second time this year. A total of 31 needy families realized their “comfortable housing dreams”.

According to Zhou Ao’er, staff of Zhongshan Housing Security Service Center, there are 1,258 families eligible for security housing. All 31 newly-allocated families choose public rental houses in Qi’an Garden and Ping’an Garden in central city.

The draw result is now publicized. Move-in procedures can be started as soon as the publicity is finished.
