Zhongshan Family Civilization Exchange Activity cum “Inheritance of Family Traditions” Campaign and Awarding Ceremony, which was sponsored by Zhongshan Civilization Office, Zhongshan Women’s Federation, Zhongshan Education and Sports Bureau and Zhongshan Daily Group, was held on December 11 at Zhongshan Young Sen-yit Primary School.

Zhongshan Young Sen-yit Primary School, Taixing Furniture Co Ltd, Longrui Village in Shaxi Town, Nancheng Community in Nantou Town were cited for winning the title of “Guangdong Family Civilization Demonstration Unit”.

Some advanced units and individuals of family civilization were also commended at the activity.

Reportedly, the “Inheritance of Family Traditions” Campaign was launched on May 13 this year and attracted active social participation. “Top 10 Family Rules/Regulations”, “Top 10 Family Tradition Stories” and “Best Popularity Awards” came out after internet voting and expert review. The prize-winning families were present at the activity on the day and shared their experiences.

Ning Shujuan, one of the winners of China’s Most Beautiful Families 2018, also shared her stories at the exchange activity. She believed parents’ love and company will be the best family tradition for children.
