Zhongshan has started the "100-day safety action" for road traffic management from today on. 

The action is divided into three phases. Stage one, lasting from now until December 31, will focus on ensuring 100% inspection rate/scrap rate of tour charter, passenger car, dangerous goods carrier vehicle, truck and school bus.

Stage two, from January 1 to 20, 2019, will focus on investigating such traffic violations as "false/fake license (plate)", "drunk driving", and etc.

Stage three, from January 21 to February 4, 2019, will focus on exposure of traffic violations and propaganda of traffic safety.
