Since 1,000 buses were covered by free WIFI in the city last year, a total of more than 2,200 buses from the Municipal Bus Corp running on over 180 routes had been fully covered by free WIFI as of December 25. Compared with the old WIFI service, the new version of WIFI covering buses enjoys an advantage that one-time certification will allow for 3-month automatic connection.

The experience of the new version of WIFI on the bus is further optimized. A simple connection will allow seamless continuous roaming in the course of mid-way transfer (on the buses covered by the new version of WIFI). The new version of WIFI has a faster access rate, and a single user can enjoy traffic speed as high as 10 megabytes. Except for mobile phones, devices like laptops and tablets can also have fast access with the same connection steps.
