Zhongshan's Sports Lottery sales topped the 1 billion yuan mark for the first time last year, and it soared to 1.021 billion yuan, up 50.32% from 2017 figures. This data was provided by the Zhongshan Sports Lottery Management Center. The figure hit a record high and ranked 6th province-wide.

In recent years, the Zhongshan sports lottery has witnessed healthy, rapid, and sustainable growth. From 2014 to 2018, total sales reached 3 billion yuan; raising 732 million yuan of public welfare funds for the country in the process.
