The "Warm the Qijiang River" Educational Charity Fundraising Event was held Tuesday afternoon in Shiqi District. A total of 24 collections, including calligraphy and paintings, were auctioned off that raised nearly 5 million yuan. 

Reportedly, all of the proceeds from this auction will be used for improving public schools' operating conditions and promoting the educational system in Shiqi district.

As of this date, the 2019 Shiqi District Charity Parade has raised an amount of 7,931,396.80 yuan.
