The Spring Festival travel rush will begin on January 21. It will last for the next 40 days until March 1. It is predicted that around 7.74 million people will travel by highway and waterway transportation this year. This number is down 4.78% from last year's figures. If the forecast proves to be accurate, then this downturn will be the first in recent years.

According to the statistics, a total of 7,449 passenger service vehicles and 8 high-speed passenger ferries will be in service for this year's Spring Festival travel rush.
