The 2019 "Love Relay and Charity Spreading" Spring Festival Heart-Warming Activity got underway on Tuesday morning. This festive holiday event was organized by the Zhongshan Civil Affairs Bureau, Zhongshan Charity Federation (ZSCF), Zhongshan Civilization Office, Zhongshan Committee of Chinese Communist Youth League, and China Post’s Zhongshan Branch. 

With a 670,000 yuan donation from Ma Jianjun, Honorary Permanent President of ZSCF, organizers purchased and delivered care packages that included rice, cooking oil, and Chinese sausage to 5,100 low-income and needy families.

Since its inception in 2011, the annual "Love Relay and Charity Spreading" Spring Festival Heart-Warming Activity has donated 7.4 million yuan and delivered love, caring, and support to over 68 thousand needy families.
