The 2019 Zhongshan Charity Parade will be held on February 19. The Zhongshan Branch of the Red Cross Society chose to salute the "Top 10 Red Cross Volunteers," including Lu Jiahui, Feng Zhuo'an and He Qibing, during the annual event.

The search for the 2nd Zhongshan "Top 10 Red Cross Volunteers" was launched in December 2018 and led by the headquarters of the Zhongshan Charity Parade and the Zhongshan Branch of the Red Cross Society. The 20 candidates were selected on January 16. They are teachers, journalists, workers, private business owners, the heads of grassroots Red Cross organizations, and civil servants.

The final 10 award winners were recently announced.

This year's selections were made 12 years after the first "Top 10 Red Cross Volunteers" event was carried out in 2007, according to the Municipal Red Cross Society.
