The 2018 Zhongshan Outstanding Health Units, Communities, and Households Selection was jointly organized by the Zhongshan Patriotic Health Campaign Committee Office, Zhongshan Spiritual Civilization Steering Committee Office, and Zhongshan Urban Management and Law Enforcement.

After inspection and assessment, 28 units including the Zhongshan Intermediate People's Court, Zhongshan Government Compound Service Center, and Zhongshan Institute of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, were rated as "Zhongshan Advanced Health Unit." The other 32 communities, inluding Yicui Huating (Phase II), Xingyao Garden, and Yuexiu Xinghui Property Community were rated as "Zhongshan Advanced Health Community."
