As learned from the Zhongshan Development and Reform Bureau, the city will experience a drop of 1.92 cents (tax included, applied to the following) in electricity price per kWh for industry and commerce use, as well as a corresponding adjustment in electricity price for cool storage and in price of electricity transmission and distribution.

This is another effort to reduce electricity price for industry and commerce use, following three electricity price decrease occurred last year. It is estimated that the price drop may save electricity bill for about 152 million yuan per year for general companies in the industry and commerce field.
