Li Kaihang, Secretary of the Zhongshan Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Yang Xiaoping, Deputy Director of Youth Activity Center (Youth Palace) of Zhongshan, and Zhang Baohua, Vice President of Intelligence Industrial Park Development Co Ltd of Guangdong, were invited to the radio program "Friday On-air" on May 3, one day before the centenary of the May 4th Movement. Li Kaihang revealed that in the past 10 years, the city had issued a total soft loan of 21.4 million yuan to 244 youths. 

It is known that Zhongshan attaches great importance to youth entrepreneurship work. The Youth Entrepreneurship Fund was established in the city and its use, management and service have been optimized with the assistance of the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and local banking institutions. Over the past 10 years, the fund has offered direct help to 244 young entrepreneurs and issued a total soft loans of 21.4 million yuan.

Li Kaihang said that the Zhongshan Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League also worked with the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and some universities to jointly advance the construction of 166 employment and entrepreneurship internship bases at municipal and township levels, and actively carried out employment policy publicity and internship post services, providing nearly 500 internships for fresh college graduates every year.

The Intelligence Industrial Park Development Group is a one-stop industrial service operator focusing on industrial research, industrial park development, industrial services, incubation and venture capital. Zhang Baohua said that ever since it was launched in October 2016, the company's E-Park has provided project incubation services for more than 200 youth teams, successfully incubating more than 100 enterprises and leading 753 youths to their careers.
