An inspection team consisting of members of the Shenzhen Qianhai Institute for Innovative Research, Shenzhen Qianhai Administration Bureau, Administration Committee of Dapeng New District, and Shenzhen Customs, recently visited Zhongshan for exchange. Both sides planned to promote cruise tours between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

Zhongshan Shenwan Shengshi Yacht Port, the first yacht port open to outside Mainland China under the State Council's approval, officially launched its self-service yacht tours between Zhongshan and Macao in November 2016. The inspection team visited the Shengshi Yacht Club, the joint examination building and relevant facilities, and attended an exchange seminar. 

The head of the Zhongshan Commerce Bureau revealed that Dapeng New District plans to launch self-service yacht tour programs. The cooperative yacht project between Shenzhen and Zhongshan, as well as favorable policies in Qianhai, will allow Zhongshan to further develop the yacht industry.
