The platform has been working smoothly for the past five months, and in recent days it has been run in the sub-offices of the Zhongshan Administration for Market Regulation in Xiaolan, Shiqi District, Dongfeng, Torch Zone, Shaxi and Tanzhou.

The platform makes the business registration and application process more clear and simpler. Relevant staff can log in www.gdzwfw.gov.cn the "Guangdong Public Service Website" Zhongshan section, click the "Smart Business Registration Platform" button to skip to the Zhongshan All-process Electronic and Intelligent Platform for Business Registration, Application and Approval webpage, and fill in the information that are needed for starting a business in related columns.

After filling the information, the system will automatically generate a QR code. The staff need to sent it to the legal person and shareholders and senior executives of the new company for confirmation. Corresponding information will be input within 3 or 4 seconds after a face scanning procedure. When all these steps are finished, the system will return such information to the staff for submission.

Generally, it takes only 15 minutes to complete the whole process.
