All-China Women's Federation announced the 2019 China's Most Beautiful Families in Beijing on May 15. A total of 40 Guangdong-based families were in the list, including two from Zhongshan, namely Feng Xiaochuan's family and Li Yifan's family. Both families have been spreading positive energy with their love and practical action.

Feng Xiaochuan's family is a family of doctors. In 2000, Feng put on the white robe right after his graduation, and now he is a chief physician at the Pediatric Surgery Department of the Zhongshan People's Hospital. His wife Cai Libi is a nurse. After 19 years' hospital career, the couple are still fighting on the frontline to save people's lives.

"Filial piety is the foundation of all virtues" is the family tradition of Li Yifan's. In order to make the elder family members have life sustenance, Li and his wife always encourage them to participate in a variety of social activities. For example, Wan Shun'an, Li's father-in-law, who moved to Zhongshan after retirement, has been working as a cultural volunteer for the past a dozen of years and actively took part in grass-root cultural and public service activities.
