The NC Machine Tool Adjustment and Technical Transformation Competition (Higher Vocational Group) of the 2019 National Vocational Students Skills Competition was held from June 12 to 15 at Zhongshan Polytechnic. During the four-day competition, a total of 52 college delegations, 156 players, from 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions would participate in the competition.

It is introduced that at the NC Machine Tool Adjustment and Technical Transformation Competition participants would compete in such areas as electrical control system design and circuit connection or troubleshooting, mechanical component adjustment, system parameter setting and system debugging, function development and connectivity debugging of technical transformation and etc with vertical type NC milling machines and independent mechanical modules and power distribution cabinets. 

A team made up of 2 instructors and 3 students from Zhongshan Polytechnic participated in the competition on behalf of Guangdong Province. Zhongshan Polytechnic has taken part in the competition for several consecutive years and won multiple prizes, according to He Mengjia, a faculty adviser of Zhongshan Polytechnic.
