Starting July 1, the payment and deposit base and the quota of the housing provident fund in Zhongshan will be adjusted. The minimum monthly payment and deposit quota for a newly opened housing provident fund account will be 172 yuan. The monthly minimum payment and deposit quota for a housing provident fund opened will be 162 yuan, while the monthly maximum payment and deposit quota for the housing provident fund will be adjusted to 4,470 yuan.

It is known that the maximum monthly payment and deposit quota of the housing provident fund was 4,082 yuan in 2018 . This represents an increase of 388 yuan per month after adjustment.

Zhongshan's payment and deposit base and quota of housing provident fund are adjusted each year between July and September. Entities that have opened accounts and who pay on and deposit into the housing fund normally should complete the corresponding adjustment for 2019 during this period.
