The Zhongshan Real Estate Transaction and Fund Supervision Platform will be up and running at 8:30 am on July 15. Commercial housing sales contract online signing filing and cancellation, pre-sale fund supervision and other related business will be handled on the platform.

The original Zhongshan Online Contract Registration and Filing System for Commercial Housing Sales will be out of service. According to a staff representative of the Zhongshan Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, some business functions will be suspended during the transition between the old and new systems. This is scheduled to take effect from 6:00 pm on July 5 to 8:30 am on July 15.

During the system transition and data migration operations, the pre-sale license change of commercial housing, online contract signing of commercial housing, and contract cancellation functions will be suspended. However, relevant business such as pre-sale permit for commercial housing, qualification review of home buyers, and supervision of pre-sale funds will not be affected.
