It comes the graduation season. Colleges and universities in Zhongshan held their graduation ceremonies in succession a few days ago.

At the commencement of UESTC, Zhongshan Institute, president Xu Jianhua gave the graduates "the last lesson" under the theme of "Outperform the Predecessors to Shoulder the Historical Mission of Make the Chinese Nation Become Strong".

It is reported that among the over 4,000 fresh graduates, some have been admitted to famous universities such as University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology, Jinan University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Hong Kong Baptist University and University of Sydney for postgraduate study.

Meanwhile, a large number of them have found quality jobs in renowned companies such as Netease, JD.com, China Unicom, Danone (China), etc.

A total of 2,851 graduates of Zhongshan Polytechnic attended the graduation ceremony in the campus gymnasium. Over 95% of them have showed an intention of getting a job.

"Zhongshan Polytechnic will permanently retain your email address, campus WiFi account and password, and such functions as consumption, dining and digital library access set in your campus cards. Welcome to frequently visit your Alma Mater," said president Wu Jianxin at the commencement.

This year, some 3,028 students of Guangdong Polytechnic Institute bid farewell to their Alma Mater and handed in their "final university answer sheets". The campus specially custom-made a commemorative school badge for each of the graduates, with his/her name and student number printed on it.

A total of 2,183 students earned graduation certificates from Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic this year.
