Department of Biomedical Sciences at the City University of Hong Kong (CityU) and Zhongshan City People's Hospital (ZSCPH) recently signed an agreement to cooperate in clinical research and education. CityU will send undergraduates, majoring in biomedical sciences, to ZSCPH as interns. This situation will benefit talent mobility and cultivation; further supplying highly-skilled technical personnel.

CityU ranks 57th among world universities and 9th in Asia. Its Department of Biomedical Sciences is also among the top; enjoying a high reputation in its field.

ZSCPH is one of the largest comprehensive grade-A tertiary hospitals in the Pearl River Delta. It features the first prefecture-level post-doctoral scientific research station in China. In addition, ZSCPH boasts leading-edge R&D and teaching performance in Guangdong.
