ZOS-Park and the Harmonious Labor Relations Promotion Association (HLRPA) in Torch Zone signed a contract recently. The latter will provide labor relations management services, talent introduction services, and a comprehensive range of services for start-up enterprises at ZOS-Park. These resources will assist companies in solving their adversity in development and promote their healthy development.

Most start-up companies in ZOS-Park are entrepreneurial teams, which feature high technology, small team size, productivity focus, weak management, etc. They have an insufficient understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations, government subsidies, and other policies. Based on the above features, after signing the contract, both ZOS-Park and HLRPA will focus on publicity, assistance in business affair handling, and prevention and settlement of major labor disputes. Services such as publicity of relevant laws, regulations and policy, assessment and analysis of enterprise labor dispute risks, guidance for enterprises on labor contract signing and social insurance payment, assistance for enterprises in new employee training and career improvement training, and others will also be offered.
