In the afternoon, the Australian youth football team sent five-a-side football men's teams of aged 16 and 18 and women's team aged 16 respectively to play matches with 3 Zhongshan teams.

The football culture festival has attracted 172 U8, U9 and U10, U11 football players from different football clubs of Zhongshan, Xinhui and other cities.

The Zhongshan Football Culture Festival for Pupils, held for the first time in 2009, is a platform to promote foreign exchanges of football among youths in Zhongshan.
