A total of 29 members of the provincial cadre training class delegation of the African National Congress of South Africa visited the Liangdu National Public Welfare Park on August 8 to examine the ideas and practice of grass-roots governance in the urban and rural areas of South District.

The delegation visited the South District Social Service Hall, the Home-based Service Center for the Aged, the Public Welfare Library and the Party and the Masses Service Building, and listened to the staff's presentation of the park's activities and achievements.

The delegation also visited the table tennis room and singing room in the the Home-based Service Center, where they played table tennis and sang and danced with with the members and elders of the Center. The people of both countries had a barrier-free interaction and strengthened their friendship in moving melodies and laughters.
