Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions will subsidize outstanding front-line employees in Guangdong to upgrade their academic levels and plans to allocate 700 subsidy applications to Zhongshan. Applicants who meet requirements could receive a subsidy of 1,000 yuan per person.

The subsidizing subjects are outstanding front-line employees who successfully enrolled in the spring and autumn junior colleges and undergraduate educations in 2019, and outstanding front-line employees who have obtained junior colleges and undergraduate education graduation diplomas through the higher education self-study exams from January to October this year.

Meanwhile, Zhongshan Federation of Trade Unions will also issue transportation and lost labor subsidies to outstanding front-line workers, especially industrial workers, who are committed to improving their skills. The subsidy standard stands at 500 yuan per person for junior workers, 700 yuan per person for intermediate workers and senior workers, and 1,000 yuan per person for technicians and senior technicians.
