A gorgeous fashion show was held at the Hilton Zhongshan Downtown on the afternoon of September 9. All the costumes the models wore were from the same company named "Miss Mo".

"Miss Mo" is a fashion brand name, but also how acquaintances call Mo Xiuzhen. Born in 1926, Mo Xiuzhen began to study fashion design in Hong Kong in her 20s.

"It was my best time when I was in my 30s. I met Pierre Cardin in Italy, and I also established relationship with many foreign customers. I learned fashion design from these people and acquainted myself with the latest trends." In Mo's albums, there are photos taken with Hollywood stars, Spanish princes and Hong Kong celebrities.

"I have been running factories in Zhongshan for over 20 years. My plant was in Haotou Village in the beginning and moved to Shaxi town afterwards. My workers have been with me for more than a decade, and they are all very skilled," said the 93-year-old.

Mark Cheung, renowned Zhongshan-born fashion designer, had played an important part in the relationship between Zhongshan and her, said "Miss Mo". "I met him 20, maybe 30 years ago in the United States. He told me that he had a factory in Zhongshan that could produce clothes and beads. So I sent designers from Hong Kong to Zhongshan and opened a design studio in his factory. As orders increased later, I decided to move out and opened my own factory."

In 2016, Mo Xiuzhen who had been engaging in OEM for years finally created her own fashion brand "Miss Mo". "Clohting market has an infinite potential, as Chinese women keep pursuing beauty.I hope I can win success of my brand." Afterwards, she went to Qingdao, Weifang and Shanghai cities, where she attended various launch events to know the market and promoted her brand.

"The world is changing too fast, but my love of fashion design has never changed. Clothes are all to me, and I want to make better clothes," said Mo Xiuzhen.
