The Zhongshan Housing Fund Management Centre issued 1,331 housing provident fund loans worth 632 million yuan in August. 

Of the 1,331 loans, 961 were for first-hand housing, worth 467 million yuan, accounting for 74% of the total. 

Depending on the applicant types, there were 855 loans for single employees, with an average amount of 350,000 yuan. 

A total of 26 properties issued housing provident fund loads for over 5 million yuan in August.
