A property auctioned by the Zhongshan No.2 Intermediate People's Court on Taobao.com's judicial sale platform was finally closed on October 6 after 5 delays. The starting price was more than 590,000 yuan, and the evaluation price was more than 850,000 yuan. It was finally auctioned by the bidder at more than 620,000 yuan.

During the first nine months of 2019, the Zhongshan No. 2 Intermediate People's Court held a total of 620 online judicial auctions, with a total sales of 615.18 million yuan. The average premium rate was 42.86%, saving the commission of 1,992,300 yuan for the parties concerned.

In the first nine months, subjects for online judicial auctions mainly included land, property and machinery equipment. The highest single transaction amount was 109 million yuan, which was for two pieces of state-owned commercial and residential land in Henglan Town.

This year, the Zhongshan No. 2 Intermediate People's Court called on JD.com's judicial sale team to assist in the production of auction announcements, on-site inspections, offline contact with buyers, and improved online auction efficiency and close rate.

As of now, the Zhongshan No. 2 Intermediate People's Court has put seven subjects on its judicial sale store on JD.com. The auction is expected to kick off on October 19.
