The Guangdong Green Product Certification & Testing Center unveiled its workstation in Sanjiao Town, Zhongshan a few days ago.

Consequently, farmers in the town can now send samples to the workstation for inspection and receive test reports. Meanwhile, the workstation provides guarantees for the quality improvement of agricultural products and the industrial development of the northern snakehead and other dominant species in Sanjiao.

Reports state that the current area of northern snakehead farming in Sanjiao has reached 5,000 mu (about 333.3 hectares), producing about 27,000 tons of commercial northern snakehead each year, with an annual output value of more than 430 million yuan.
