In 1994, Koo Yuen Kim, a famous overseas Chinese leader whose ancestral home is Zhongshan, founded Perfect (China) Co Ltd in Zhongshan. After 25 years of development, Perfect has grown into a 10 billion-level modern company integrating research and development, production, sales and service, and has become the greatest taxpayer in Zhongshan for many consecutive years.

In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Perfect unveils its South China base that is located in the Zhongshan South China Modern TCM City. The base is built in accordance with the Industry 4.0 standards, and it will engage in the transformation and upgrade with intelligent manufacturing for the purpose of creating an intelligent manufacturing demonstration base in Guangdong Province and even in China.

Since its establishment, Perfect has always prioritized public welfare undertakings. The Perfect Charity Movies Festival is one of its successful and socially influential ventures. A total donation of 200 million yuan has been raised through the previous festivals. This year's Perfect Charity Movies Festival, with the theme "Paying Tribute to Dream-seekers", presents heroic dreams in ordinary life and conveys the great power of small but significant good deeds.

At the end of the Festival, Perfect handed over the donation cheques of 50 million yuan to the China Women's Development Foundation, the China Youth Development Foundation, the Chinese Language Education Foundation, the China Narcotics Control Foundation and the Zhongshan Charity Association.

That morning, the Perfect Institute of Life & Technology was also inaugurated at the conference center of the Perfect South China Base.

The Institute covers a total area of 15,000 square meters. It has more than 100 scientific researchers and a R&D center for household chemicals set up in Shanghai. The Institute will engage in the fields of healthcare and beauty care along with international high-quality scientific research institutes and healthcare enterprises.

On the same day, Zhongshan municipal government and Perfect signed an agreement and jointly unveiled the government-company alliance.
