The Zhongshan Administration for Market Regulation recently launched a WeChat applet called "Zhongshan Business Registration Intelligent Platform" and issued the fisrt business license handled online at the Zhongshan Public Service Center. It marks Zhongshan has basically completed the pilot reform of online processing of establishing an enterprise, realized paperless, zero-meeting, intelligent processing of enterprise registration (including enterprise establishment, seal production, invoice application, and employment and insurance registration) for applicants. 

With this "Zhongshan Business Registration Intelligent Platform" Wechat applet, applicants need to correctly fill in and submit the business establishment information according to relevant prompts. Their business licenses will be ready within one working day. If they do not want to fetch the licenses by themselves, they can also use the postal express delivery service.

In addition to convenient platforms for business registration, Zhongshan is also promoting the "one-window processing system for starting enterprises" launched by the provincial government, which ensures all matters involved in the establishment of enterprises (including registration, seal production, invoice application and employment and insurance registration) can be 100% handled online. From January to November this year, Zhongshan processed 56,112 matters through this "one-window system".
