Zhongshan Traffic Police Detachment on December 26 launched the Self-service Vehicle Management Office. Since then, citizens can handle 25 kinds of car driving management services by themselves all day long (except for on-site vehicle inspection and driver's license examination subjects 2 and 3).

It is reported that this is the most fully equipped and functional self-service vehicle management office in Guangdong.

The newly-built Self-service Vehicle Management Office covers an area of about 170 square meters and is located at the intersection of Dongyuan South Road and Dadongyu Avenue in the northeast corner of the compound of Zhongshan Traffic Police Detachment.

The businesses that Self-service Vehicle Management Office can handle mainly include driver's licenses, driving permits, and other vehicle related businesses.

There are 27 sets of equipment in 14 different categories able to handle all kinds of business in the Office. Citizens can handle relevant businesses on their own 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When entering the Office, citizens need to verify their ID cards and carry out face recognition before entering the business handling area.
