It is learned from the Zhongshan Civil Affairs Bureau that, as of March 1, donations worth a total of 101.9328 million yuan have been made by people from all walks of life in Zhongshan city, providing solid support and guarantees in order to help in winning the war against the epidemic at various stages.

Among them, direct donations to Hubei's epidemic areas were worth 53.1662 million yuan (including 300,000 protective masks), and the total amount of donations to Zhongshan city were 48.7666 million yuan (including 2.619 million protective masks and 56,700 disinfection materials, etc).

In addition, the Zhongshan Charity Association has accepted 42 batches of imported donated materials, of which 37 have gone through customs clearance. It has also received more than 1.65 million pieces of donated materials for epidemic prevention and control.

The Zhongshan Civil Affairs Bureau and the Zhongshan Charity Association have done a good job in receiving and managing donations. Through their websites and WeChat accounts, they have fully disclosed the receipt, allocation, and use of donated funds and materials, in order to accept the supervision of donors and all citizens.
