Nimble Group on March 26 donated 100 million yuan to the Zhongshan Branch Red Cross Society of China (Zhongshan Red Cross) to support charity and public welfare undertakings in the city.

Established in 1993, Nimble was is a comprehensive enterprise group covering diversified businesses such as housing construction, urban revitalization, living services, hotels, and commercial operations. Over the years, Nimble has actively participated in Zhongshan's public welfare charity, donating more than 70 million yuan to Zhongshan city or helping the poor, targeted poverty alleviation, fighting for justice, education, sports, disaster relief, and other fields. At present, all of the company's projects in Zhongshan have resumed work and production.

Yuan Yongkang, Zhongshan's vice mayor and president of Zhongshan Red Cross, said the city has a tradition of charity. The 33-year-old Zhongshan Charity Parade has made the spirit of fraternity the most distinctive characteristic of Zhongshan city and its people. Nimble's latest donation will once again inject strong impetus into Zhongshan's victory in the battle against poverty, the promotion of rural revitalization, and the development of charitable and public welfare undertakings in other fields.
