"Dr Sun Yat-sen is a unique international cultural icon of Zhongshan City. We plan to add a Zhongshan Square to the Zhongshan OCT Harbour project so as to interpret Sun Yat-sen Spirit and Sun Yat-sen Culture in a new way." Feng Hui, the relevant person in charge of OCT Group, on July 28 disclosed the latest concept of Zhongshan's very first large-scale cultural tourism complex project.

Zhongshan OCT Harbour is located in the core area of Shiqi District, Zhongshan City, with beautiful scenery on both sides of the river and a total area of nearly 300,000 square meters. The construction, with a total investment of about 8 billion yuan, officially started on June 15. Planning includes the Future Science and Technology Park, Multifarious Business Experience Area, Waterfront Salon, Ecological Wetland Area, Cultural and Creative Park, LOHAS Residential Area, Happy Carnival, etc.

Feng Hui and other guests hope that Zhongshan OCT Harbour will inherit the 868-year Xiangshan Culture, carry forward Sun Yat-sen Spirit and Sun Yat-sen Spirit Culture, and create a Xiangshan Cultural Reception Hall that can be seen, heard, and felt.
