With the theme of "Building A Moderately Prosperous Society and Realizing High-quality Development", the 15th China Xiaokang Forum opened on December 26 in Zhongshan. 

Party and government leaders, experts and scholars, local practitioners, entrepreneurs and strategic consultants from across the country were invited to Zhongshan to deliberate theories and practices of as well as to provide suggestions on building a Xiaokang (moderately prosperous) society. 

On December 27, the guests also visited such historical and cultural landmarks in Zhongshan as the Luo Sanmei Mountain, the Museum of Dr Sun Yat-sen and the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Library to experience Zhongshan's city landscape and humanistic connotations.
