At the request of the Chinese Embassy in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, the 31st China (Zhongshan) medical team to the Republic of Equatorial Guinea recently conducted physical examinations for more than 40 Equatorial Guinea students planning to study in China at the clinic of Malabo station. This was the first physical examination performed by the medical team.

At present, the Republic of Equatorial Guinea has been suffering severely from the COVID-19 pandemic. With strict measures in place to prevent and control the pandemic, medical team captain Chen Guangwei elaborately organized all the team members to discuss and practice the physical examination process many times in advance.

Eventually the medical team overcame communication barriers to succeed in this examination including registration guidance, medical and surgical examinations, eye examinations and blood tests under the cooperation of all its members.
