The "Detailed Implementation Rules on Measures to Attract Talent for Innovative Development in Tsuihang New District" was released on April 26.

The Detailed Rules are divided into 15 chapters, including 109 implementation rules for and more than 170 standards for talent accreditation. "Talented people  here can not only receive subsidies from the municipal government, but also enjoy various benefits based on the standards of Tsuihang New District, " said Meng Qingguang, director of the Service Center of Greater Bay Area International Talent Port of Zhongshan.

The Detailed Rules define talent people working in Tsuihang New District into seven classes according to the "Zhongshan Tsuihang New District Talent Identification Standards".

The Detailed Rules clearly stipulate that innovative talent must sign 3-year full-time employment agreements with companies in Tsuihang New District. Class I to Class III talent and foreign experts shall work in Tsuihang New District for no less than 9 months each year.

"The Detailed Rules clearly define the working hours of innovative talent in Tsuihang New District, so we can avoid a situation where we have to provide subsidies to talent who are not here throughout the year. These policies will be endowed with a greater practical value," Meng added.
