Over the past few months, Zhongshan has carried out various activities showing Lei Feng's spirit. Volunteers actively participated in the activities and provided voluntary services for citizens, writing the "Lei Feng's Diary" in the new era.

The 2021 Zhongshan City Volunteer Service Unified Action Day event was held at National Fitness Square on the afternoon of March 5.

On March 5, more than 30 young volunteers from Zhongshan Yangxianyi Primary School delivered cultural performances at the service center for the disabled in Shiqi District.

On the morning of March 13, the unveiling ceremony for the Shagang Market Party-Masses Service Station and the New Era Civilization Practice Station in Qiwan Community was held. Volunteers shared paper-cutting techniques at the activity.

On March 13, about 40 families participated in the volunteer service activity held at the historic site of the Maizhepu Uprising.

On March 26, Guangfeng Community Service Station of Home-based Elderly Care invited more than 40 elders in the community to attend a collective birthday party.

On April 20, students from Zhongshan Chaoshidai Vocational Training School provided free haircutting services for citizens.
