On June 1, despite the wind and rain, the seventh steel box girder, with a length of 110 meters, a width of 20 meters and a weight of 1,500 tons, was erected between the No.8 and No.9 piers on the right side of the non-navigable span bridge at the Lingding Channel east flood discharge area of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge by "Tianyi", an integrated crane vessel operated by China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co Ltd.
The steel box girder was transported from the production base to the bridge site in Lingding Channel, 12 nautical miles away, and was erected. Let see how it gets done.

"Tianyi" carries the steel box girder under the main overpass of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge.
After a 2-hour Journey, "Tianyi" reaches the erection site of the non-navigable crane bridge at Lingding Channel east flood discharge area of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge.
"Tianyi" arrives at the designated position, and an auxiliary ship assists to drop anchor.
"Tianyi" moves to the piers to place the 110-meter long, 1,500 ton steel box girder.
"Tianyi" slowly drops the girder into place.
