Large machinery and transport vehicles assembled on August 24 on the Dachong-Banfu section of the Zhongshan West Ring Expressway, and began construction on the test section of the bridge deck asphalt roadway.

The pavement construction of the Zhongshan West Ring Expressway will officially start in September after the paving of the test section.

Bridge parts account for 94.5% of the Zhongshan West Ring Expressway project, which is planned to be completed and open to traffic in 2022.
