On November 3, Fugou County in Zhoukou City, Henan Province reported a new confirmed COVID-19 case and conducted closed-off management in some areas; Chongqing Municipality also reported a new local confirmed case in its Shapingba District.

According to Zhongshan's provisions on epidemic prevention and control, the Zhongshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention (ZSCDC) issues the following notice:

1. Those who have a travel history to Zhoukou City, Henan Province since October 20 or to Shapingba District, Chongqing Municipality since October 22, have trajectory overlaps with the confirmed cases, and have a RED or YELLOW 'Yue Kang Code' (粤康码), please report your information to your communities, employers or the hotels you stay in proactively and cooperate with home-based health monitoring and nucleic acid testing. Relevant communities (villages) and employers should take the initiative to conduct personnel screening.

2. Residents coming back to Zhongshan from a trip outside Guangdong Province should take a nucleic acid test and monitor their health for 14 days.
