As an important fast traffic channel connecting to areas to the west of Zhongshan, Guzhen Expressway starts from the northwest of the intersection of Gushen Highway and Shagu Highway, passes through Guzhen and Henglan towns, and ends at the intersection of National Highway G105 and Shagu Highway in Shaxi Town, with a total length of about 16.3 kilometers.

Guzhen Expressway consists of 6 main lanes (speed limit 80 km/h) and 4 auxiliary lanes (speed limit 40 km/h) for 2-way traffic.
